Have you ever looked at your week and thought how am I going to fit something in?
I met with a client today struggling to find time for an activity that would help their performance.
I asked them to view their week in 30 minute blocks. They worked out they had 336 x 30 minutes in the week.
Obviously some of this is needed for sleep, even taking this in to account their immediate perception changed.
Using 3 of those 30 minute blocks became realistic.
Thankfully they left the session confident that they could indeed find the time for this improvement activity.
Granted this strategy won’t work for all…. worth a try though?!
